of the bazu app (“App”), including both the bazu User and bazu Vendor
versions. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
bazu User App: As a user, you can explore food trucks, discover new
culinary experiences, save favorites, and interact with the truck
owners via features like real-time truck availability and location
tracking.
bazu Vendor App: As a vendor, you can create and manage your food
truck profile, set availability, and display truck information and
menu items. You also agree to keep your profile information up to
date.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may need to register for an
account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and
maintain the security of your login credentials.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App’s
functionality.
5. Payments and Fees (if applicable)
If your usage of the App includes premium features or services that
require payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments will
be processed through a third-party provider, and you will be bound by
their terms and conditions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access
to the App if you violate these Terms or if we cease offering the
